Optional campaign analytics are off until you accept them. You can change your choice without losing access to products or enquiry forms.
1. About this notice
This notice explains cookies and similar technologies used by the JOY website, what they do and how to control optional campaign measurement. JOY is a brand of NAM VIET FOODS AND BEVERAGE JOINT STOCK COMPANY in Vietnam.
Read this together with our Privacy Notice for information about enquiry data, recipients, retention and your privacy rights.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent with relevant requests. Local storage keeps information in the browser and does not automatically send it to a server like a cookie. Information held only in page memory normally disappears when that page is closed or reloaded.
This notice covers those technologies rather than treating every browser preference as a cookie. Browser settings, private browsing, site-data clearing and your device can affect storage availability and duration.
3. Technologies used by JOY
The table describes the first-party technologies identified in the JOY website implementation. It distinguishes browser storage from campaign event requests. CMS sign-in applies to authorised users, not an account required to browse the public product collection.

Preference storage, enquiry confirmation and authorised CMS sign-in serve specific website functions.
Optional analytics
JOY campaign measurement depends on acceptance and an eligible tracking-enabled campaign.

4. Optional campaign measurement
Optional campaign measurement is off until you accept it. When accepted and an eligible JOY campaign has tracking enabled, the website may send campaign impression and click events. This implementation keeps a page-view identifier in page memory; it does not create a persistent analytics cookie for that identifier.
Enquiry campaign-attribution fields are included only when optional analytics are allowed. Rejecting optional analytics prevents these optional tracking requests from this interface and does not prevent browsing products or sending an enquiry.
Withdrawing permission stops future optional requests from this interface. It does not automatically delete events already received; use the privacy contact for questions or requests about information already processed. Browser-storage duration is different from server-side event retention.
5. Accept, reject or change your choice
Use Manage Cookie Preferences to review the optional analytics setting. You can accept optional cookies, reject optional cookies, or adjust the optional campaign analytics choice and save it. These button labels refer to the website preference control, which also covers similar technologies.
Browsing, scrolling or sending an enquiry does not count as accepting optional analytics. Your choice applies to the browser and website origin where it is saved, not automatically to every browser or device.
The current preference record has no automatic expiry in this implementation. It remains until changed, cleared by you or removed by your browser. If you clear site data, the website may ask again when optional tracking is available. Necessary technologies are not switched off by rejecting optional analytics.
6. Browser controls
Your browser may let you block cookies, delete cookies and local storage, or use private browsing. Consult its help or privacy settings for the controls available on your device.
Clearing or blocking site data may remove your saved choice, prevent an enquiry confirmation from being shown, or affect authorised CMS sign-in. Rejecting optional analytics through our preference control is different from blocking every browser technology.
7. Third-party and security services
External services may have their own browser technologies and privacy notices. Following a WhatsApp or other external link takes you to a separate service; JOY cookie preferences do not control that service.
If form security is configured to use Google reCAPTCHA, its script is requested during form submission and it may process device or request information under Google policies. This service is conditional on the website configuration; it is separate from optional JOY campaign analytics.
For information about providers and technologies active on a particular JOY service, contact us. Any additional analytics or marketing integration requires its own assessment and appropriate disclosure and choice controls; this notice is not permission to enable it automatically.

8. Updates and privacy contact
We may update this notice when website technologies or relevant requirements change. The revision date at the top identifies this version.
